Sapience Entertainment has done it again, in partnership with the Cosmopolitan Night Club in Port Moresby will feature a live performance by Jamaican-American reggae-pop singer and rapper Orville Richard Burrell, or famously known as  Shaggy.

Better known by his stage name, he is known for his hit singles "Boombastic", "It Wasn't Me" and "Angel".

The announcement was made after the live performance of R&B superstar Mario, and he is set to arrive in Port Moresby on Wednesday February 5.

Francis Sakala from Sapience Entertainment confirmed the arrival of Shaggy, and emphasised that the event would be the same as the Mario performance with the event being pre-sold.

“Fans hoping to catch Shaggy live will have to get their tickets early, which will go on sale later on during this week,” he said.

He added that Shaggy concert would be bigger as shaggy would arrive with his full band who will be belting out the familiar Shaggy tunes.

“Unlike Mario who came with only his DJ- Shaggy will bring with him a full production consisting of his own band,” Sakala added.
